And which are sitting around my flat. Not to mention my book group book - which this month was Catch-22, the one book I've read more times than any other.
Books I have to read:
There was another little book of essays, which I now can't locate... Will have to ask
evildoom_bunny if she's seen it.
I'm currently finishing "Best American Essays 2003" which is really excellent.
Books I have to read:
- Monkey - Wu Ch'Eng-En (translated by Arthur Waley) Yes, THE monkey
- What We Do Now - Multiple authors, collection of essays.
- Quarterly Essay - "Beyond Belief" - John Button et. al.
- Quarterly Essay - "What's Left" - Clive Hamilton et. al.
- Hope - Marian Fowler. A book about a diamond
- Dopeland - John Birmingham, the guy who wrote "He Died With a Fallefel in his Hand"
- Blunt - Bob Blunt. A biased history of Australian Rock
- Humans - Mike Dowdall and Pat Welch. A field guide from the 70's
There was another little book of essays, which I now can't locate... Will have to ask
