Out of Condition

maxcelcatI don't know what I've been doing wrong recently, but I've been really out of condition... Finding the exercises I do at the gym far harder than they should be. A couple of sessions ago, I had to get off the stepper because my legs simply stopped working. Hmmm... Dunno.

evildoom_bunny, who only whined a little bit about the exercises I made her do :-P She also didn't do quite enough admiring of my sweaty muscles as I worked the dumb-bells :-P
