Further to my trip to see Weird Al on Friday:

I'm so angry at my idiotic barber
Think I'll stay in here 'till it grows out a little
Got a lousy haircut
A really stupid haircut

I can't believe this haircut

Oh, and as jedi_amara points out, I should have said "Guess whom I saw on Friday night", but that just sounds wrong! :-P

I hereby challenge all grammar nazi's to an arm wrestle! I'm looking at you too, evildoom_bunny! :-P

You're entirely correct - I would drag evildoom_bunny along to meet you and your cronies one day, but I suspect we'd run out of conversation preeeeetty quickly. Well, maybe not you and I. But your friends might wonder who is this balding guy what got no gameboy ;-)

Let me know if your band ever has a gig, that'd be more workable. I look quite at home at a pub with a band :-)

My cronies are... intriguing. You'd probably find some of them rather interesting. I'm not sure if that's good or bad, though. (Many of them don't have a Game Boy or DS either, so that's not really a sticking point. XD)

I'm not entirely sure what's happening with our band. We don't do anything during uni semester since I'm not allowed out weekends and our bassist has school during the week; it's currently mid-semester break, but nothing is going on because aforementioned bassist and our drummer are both extremely stubborn and had a fight last week, which means it'll probably be about six months before they start talking to each other again. Which is a pity, because we've been asked to get involved with some Harry Potter events, and the book launch is in just months. I'm going to try to get together with frontman and drummer next week to do some writing, at least; perhaps we can use a fill-in bassist while we wait for things to clear over.

"We'd love to do the gig, but our drummer exploded..."

The last new genre I discovered Nerdcore, I shall add this to my list.

I once lived in a house where there was a Paul, George, Ringo (ok, Richard) and a Yoko, I mean, Barbara. We had a Beatles party this one time.
