maxcelcatA few weeks back I was, I confess, eating a Pie.
I was sitting on a rock outside my gym - I was on my way in, to work off the pie.
As I sat there, a Magpie landed on the ground near me, and looked at me curiously. He ambled over, observing curiously a crumb that had fallen from said pie. Then, he hussled over, picked up the piece, then ran back out of Human Striking Range again. So I threw it another piece, because I was so amused. This bird has been hanging out with too many Pigeons and Sea Gulls!
Or, it could just be the Magpie was interested only because I was eating a pie... Boom tish!
