Nerdy Stuff What I Have Done

A few months ago, I picked up a tiny (10 inch) monitor, which has more or less sitting around collection dust. My flat is far too small to waste space like that, so I've put it to use.

It's now on my desk plugged into my MP3 and Server computer. I had to turn the resolution waaaay down (something like 800x600) before it would even display, but now I can see which MP3 is actually playing (TISMs "Won't Get Fooled Again, Again", so it hasn't improved my taste :-) without having to flick over to one of the other machines I have plugged into my "Main" monitor.

Hmmmmmm... Nerdy.

Last night I turned on my Mac and managed to burn some Ancient Mac games for stillbeing. Don't expect to see her online much for the next few weeks till she tires of Age of Empires :-)

And the ancient 19" monitor I acquired from work for evildoom_bunny is far too flickery to really use. So now it's sitting on the floor where the 10" one was... Hmmmm, not sure I'm coming out ahead here!
