Paul Gets Nose Job

maxcelcatLate Monday, I got a phone call from the Alfred hospital. In fact, I got two messages on my answering machine, two on my mobile and they even called my dad! I was in the gym at the time...
I've been on an infinitely long waiting list - since January - to get a procedure done on my nose. Can't remember what it's called, something to fix a deviated septum. Anyway, they had a cancellation, and want me come in this Thursday. I said hell yeah!
So, Thursday morning at 9AM, I have to check into the Alfred. Not sure how long I'll be there - probably overnight. Then I have an excuse to laze about for a few days :-)
This will be at least the fifth general anesthetic I've had. It's a weird experience - I shall relate all when I'm back in front of the computer. No, I won't be able to blog from my hospital bed :-)
