Free Kitty (Slightly Used)

maxcelcatHey all, a friend of mine has a cat she needs to find a new home for. They adopted him as a stray, he's a nice cat, but is not getting along with their other cat.
The good:

Ginger The Cat
The good:
- Micro chipped
- Pretty orange cat
- Spade (De-sexed? Neutered? Missing his bits? Can't make baby kitties!)
- Very friendly, purrs all the time, "talks"
- Apart from the condition listed below, very healthy
The Bad:
- Has FIV (the feline equivalent of HIV) so he won't live to be an old cat :-(
- Already about four years old
- Does not play well with other cats (and possibly other pets) He needs to be top cat!
