G'day All, friend of mine has a spare room in his place in South Blackburn.

Hi. I'm looking for someone (M/F) to share a 3 bedroom house with me (Early 30's prof. M, Housetrained) and my friendly Beagle X Mutt (also housetrained)

House is nice, with polished floorboards, central heating, and is located in a quiet street. (plenty of on-street parking). It's close to the bus and the 75 tram which takes you past Deakin Uni, straight to the city. Also busses to Blackburn/ Box Hill/ Glen Wavery etc. There is a 24hr K-mart and coles nearby, and only minutes from a couple of different shopping centres.

The house is mostly furnished, except the bedroom. (More furniture is always welcome if you have it.)
Rent is $600/month + share of bills - Gas, elec, water, internet, etc.

Bermuda drive! That's the funniest street name I've heard in a while. Do vehicles mysteriously disappear driving there?
