The Frogs of Victoria
Apr. 10th, 2006 10:13 pmI borrowed a tape off my dad last night called "The Frogs of Victoria", produced by the Melbourne University Zoology Department.
It's got... Frogs on it... Lots of them... Doing their froggy croaking thing. Each set of calls is introduced in a dry monotone by some chap, possibly a scientist. So each goes:
"The common froglet, <insert scientific name>, the smooth frog, <insert another scientific name> with <another name> and crickets in the background. Ribbit... Ribbit... Ribbit... Ribbit..."
It's weirdly soothing, like camping next to stream with David Attenborough.
