evildoom_bunny, she of the Nick Cave themed birthday blog entry, bought me some Chai.
Those of you who have spent more than a couple of minutes in a cafe with me will know that I'm rather fond of the ol' chai.
This was no ordinary chai. It was freshly prepared by... Shite, can't remember, some place serious about their tea.

Anyway, this stuff wasn't like normal tea, it was moist. I think it contained honey, and looked like... well, almost like a rather exotic potting mix. I said "Are you sure it's legal to own this?"
Haven't tried it yet, it's sitting in my freezer doing... Whatever it does. My freezer now contains three kinds of chai, three kinds of coffee and some peppermint tea leaves.
Reminds me of the time a friend of mine turned up with four kilos of red curry paste in a zip lock bag as a present for me. He worked in a laboratory testing food, the always ended up with more of it than they needed. Hence, the curry paste...
