Venting part 2

Grrr....

Every day I come home to my flat to stare at my shitty Ikea table and I remember why I have such a thing - because I had to move house in a hurry early last year when a Certain Relationship went belly up. Then this woman wonders why I'm slightly bitter and twisted. If she hadn't spent six months of her life making my life miserable, maybe I'd be more inclined to be friends with her at this point. But every day I'm reminded that I live in a tiny bachelor pad because I was side-tracked by her. I've basically been treading water for nearly two years...

Although things are looking up, I have a bassoonist now ;-)

Eh. I don't mind the Ikea table, in that it's a flat surface off the floor. At least, I don't dislike it enough to bother looking for something better... Ikea crap just says "sad divorcee" to me...

I did sell the bed we bought together to a New Zealander a few months back. That was theraputic.
