I Can See Through Time

I made a butter chicken curry tonight, using some hard-core curry paste we got from an Indian grocery in Preston Market.

Damn! They make it authentic - well, it is, made at the Source o' Curry as it were.

I was maybe a bit heavy handed with the paste. As I ate my eye's and nose were running and I could no longer distinguish the temperature of each bite from it's strong flavour. I think my taste bubs had gone into shock...

Note to self: Avoid curry pastes from the Subcontinent.

Second note to self: Patak's curry paste might be for pathetic wuss westerners, but you are pathetic wuss westerners...
