Trading In Stuff...

I made over $900 today whilst sitting on my arse.

A Kiwi came over and bought a bed off me, loaded it onto a trailer attached to his rented four wheel drive, and somehow managed to reverse it out of my narrow driveway!

And an Apple Mac nerd came over to pick up an old Mac I flogged on Ebay. I can almost see my flat again! Yay!

The Frogs of Victoria

I borrowed a tape off my dad last night called "The Frogs of Victoria", produced by the Melbourne University Zoology Department.

It's got... Frogs on it... Lots of them... Doing their froggy croaking thing. Each set of calls is introduced in a dry monotone by some chap, possibly a scientist. So each goes:

"The common froglet, <insert scientific name>, the smooth frog, <insert another scientific name> with <another name> and crickets in the background. Ribbit... Ribbit... Ribbit... Ribbit..."

It's weirdly soothing, like camping next to stream with David Attenborough.
